My friends and I developed a group of women that wake up at 5 a.m. and exercise. Today we did the Iron Girls 5k together. The walk/race was at Tempe Beach Park. It was sooooo fun. I had a blast, and I can barely wait to do another. My time was 52.09 and that is my official 1st Race time. I don't think it is bad for my 1st 3 mile walk. We jogged a bit, and walked as fast as we could, but most of all we got medals for it. Its kinda cheesy that I am all dorked out about my medal, but this is a huge accomplishment for me. I am very excited to see where we all will be in the next year.
