So Kyle met with his attorney and they went to Phoenix today....Guess what!!!! They finally after 11 months...declined to charge him for Amberlee's death!!!!
We can finally move forward and exhale...it really does feel great...so we are now going out to celebrate.
Thank you all so much for your prayers and love, we needed every one and now we know for sure that they were answered.

That is great news. We always believed he shouldn't be charged. We are so happy that that burden is lifted off you guys. Jay was glad Kyle called to give us the good news personally. I hope you had a great celebration. What did you do?
